A Request to Fill a Position email must be generated whenever a unit would like to hire a new employee, or to reallocate or promote a current employee. When the Request to Fill email has received all approvals as follows, the request may be added to the agenda for Leadership Team's (LT) final approval. The deadline for inclusion on the LT list is Thursday at 3 PM for the following week's meeting. If LT approves the request, HR will notify the requesting department and formally begin to work on the request.
