Childcare - The Family Development Center offers UCCS students, faculty and staff child care services for children ranging from ages 1 year to 12 years. The goal of the center is to assist children in building their self-esteem and encourage curiosity and enthusiasm. The center is composed of a staff of highly qualified teachers trained in early childhood/child development. One of the main goals for the Center is to meet the standards of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) by having a low child/staff ratio, which allows lead teachers, teachers and aides the opportunity to spend more one on one time with the children. Please visit their website for further information on hours and rates.

Employee and Dependent Tuition Benefit - Permanent employees are eligible for a tuition benefit of up to nine credit hours per academic year to be used either for the employee or an immediate family member of undergraduate status. The waiver for immediate family members is a UCCS pilot program! Please see our Tuition Benefit page for further information.
