Grievances

The university encourages employees to act to resolve disagreements or misunderstandings that arise in the course of employment. If it is not possible to resolve concerns through informal discussion among the individuals involved, the employee may pursue resolution through the appropriate process.

Each member of the faculty and staff is expected to share in this responsibility. If you have questions or concerns regarding this commitment or you would like to confidentially report:

  • allegations of fiscal misconduct by university employees,
  • violations of federal or state law,
  • serious or recurring violations of university policy in the performance of university duties,
