When an employee leaves the university, the university has an obligation to ensure that all property and access to university systems is protected. As a supervisor or HR Liaison, please access the IT Self Service (Cherwell) Portal and enter information about employees who are leaving UCCS or are transferring to another department. By completing and saving this online form, you are requesting that emails be generated to notify departments that may need to take some action (e.g., IT, parking, HR, benefits, etc.). The Step-by-Step Guide provides instruction on accessing the IT portal.
