An open, competitive search process will be conducted to fill all regular faculty positions unless a search waiver request is approved. All searches must be conducted in a timely and professional manner that respects the rights of candidates to confidentiality. To attract a highly qualified and diverse applicant pool, outreach and recruitment efforts must follow the UCCS Diversity Strategic Plan and Affirmative Action Plan.
