When an employee leaves the university, we have an obligation to ensure that all property and access to university systems is protected. In an effort to streamline our employee checkout process, we have replaced the paper process with an online version.
Supervisors and HR Liaisons can access this site and enter information about employees who are leaving UCCS or are transferring to another department. Emails will be automatically generated to notify departments that may need to take some action (e.g., IT, HRMS/FIN/ISIS access, Parking, HR, Benefits).
Following is a link to the IT portal where you will complete the employee checkout process. The Check Out Reminders are provided for your convenience, you will not have to submit this document to HR.
