Go to the UCCS Username Assistance page.
- New Students - Click on Claim Your Account
- Current Students - Click on Who is Who
- New Faculty, Staff - Click on Who is Who
You can now reset your password using the security questions you answered when claiming your account or when you logged into a lab computer on campus.
Click here to reset your password.
If you are able to login to your student e-mail but unable to login to other UCCS systems, it is likely that your password is expired or set as a default. Passwords expire every 90 days and must be changed in order to maintain access to UCCS systems.
- To update your password, go to the UCCS Username Assistance page.
- Click on Password Change to update your password.
New staff, faculty, and students are set to Mmm####N where:
- Mmm = birthmonth (e.g. January = Jan, February = Feb)
- #### = last 4 digits of student ID number (employee ID number for staff and faculty)
- N = first initial of last name
*Use UPPER and lower case where indicated.
You must be connected to the internet and know your current password. This link will work both on and off campus.
- Go to UCCS Username Assistance
- Click on Password Change
- Passwords expire every 90 days and must be changed
This does NOT apply to EAS servers, eCompanion, or eCollege.
In order to change the eCompanion/eCollege password:
- Log in
- Click the User Profile tab at the top of the page
- Enter your new password twice
- Click the Update Your Profile button
