UPDATE: Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows XP in July 2011. As such, the IT Department is no longer providing support as well. However, these help sheets will be available for anyone still using it.
1. Click on the Start button and select Control Panel. Click on Network and Internet Connections.















16. To access the Library databases, start Internet Explorer. Go to http://www.uccs.edu/library. Click on the link to Periodical Indexes by Name or Subject or Print and Electronic Journal Holdings.
17. To access the IT accounts, click on the Start button and select Run. Type in \\excelsior.uccs.edu for student accounts or \\enterprise.uccs.edu for staff/faculty accounts. Click the OK button.
18. When you're finished, click on the Start button, go to Connect to, and select UCCS Wireless VPN. Click the Disconnect button.
