Connecting From Off Campus

Library VPN for Windows Vista

SUMMARY: This document will walk you through the necessary steps to set up the UCCS Library VPN (Transporter) connection in Windows Vista. The Library VPN (Transporter) connection is used to access the Kraemer Family Library journal database as well as other additional resources. While connected to the Library VPN (Transporter), security restrictions will prevent you from accessing many other resources on the internet - remember to log out of VPN when you're finished.

Note: Although it's named Library VPN (Transporter), this configuration is also used for other off-campus resources such as Human Resources and Financial Systems.
