Over the years, Information technology has become an integral part of our university. The goal of the IT Help Desk is to provide students, faculty and staff with the tools required to access the various technology available to them. On our site, you will find information that will help you access your UCCS IT account, campus email, the UCCS wireless network, our VPNs and a variety of other campus services.
Once you are admitted to UCCS, an IT account is created 24-48 hours later. You will use this account to access all the campus services including the student portal, campus email and blackboard.
Your IT account is a different account than the one you made during the application process. If you don't know your username or password please visit the Account Maintenance Menu to claim your account.
