Printers, Multi-Function Printers (Print, Scan and Fax)

  • The IT Department recommends HP printers and Multi-Function Printers (MFP's).  The features and prices vary greatly from printer to printer.  The following list of recommends are based on compatibility and total cost over the life of the machine.  All machines listed below use laser toner.  Inkjet toner printers are not recommended due to the fact they can not be repaired and the cost per page printing is almost double then laser toner.
