The IT Help Desk has tested these models and they are fully compatible with UCCS applications and network. These machines come with a standard 3 year parts and labor warranty. If you have any problems with one of these computers contact the IT Help Desk and we will arrange all warranty work with Dell or Apple and give you a loaner computer to use while repairs are being done. The IT Help Desk is also able to provide faster response times with initial setups and rebuilding of your computer when these recommended computers are purchased.

The IT Help Desk will assist you with the initial build and setup of non recommended computers, however it will take longer and we are unable to coordinate warranty work if your computer fails. You will need to contact the vendor directly.
