Accessing Administrative Share on Columbia

The following instructions will show you how to access your department share on Columbia.

1. Click on the start icon. In the search field type: \\columbia\dept

2. Double-click on your department.

NOTE: To Make it easier for future access, you can map the Columbia share to your computer.

3. Click the Start icon. Right-click on Computer and select Map Network Drive.

4. Type in the path of the share (\\columbia\dept\department), then click Finish.

5. You may now access this drive under Computer
