Reserving Space at the Heller Center for Arts & Humanities
1) Faculty and staff from Heller Center departments (ANTH, ENGL, GES, HIST, HUM, L&C, PHIL, SOC, VAPA, and WEST):
If you have a general inquiry or question about scheduling any type of event at the Heller Center (from full-semester classes, to hosting a visitor in the Guest House, to a one-time seminar) please e-mail us at email@example.com or call Ian Smith, Heller Center Program Assistant, at x4069. This is your first step for ALL Heller information and/requests.
2) UCCS Student Clubs
All reservation requests from UCCS Student Clubs should start at the Office of Student Clubs and Organizations through Mountain Lion Connect at http://sll.uccs.edu/org/clubhelp.
3) All other Inquiries
If you are not affiliated with a Heller department at UCCS, and would like reservation information and rates for use of the Heller Center, please send your e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE TO ALL:Reservation requests should be made at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for full consideration. You may request reservations for up to one year in advance of the requested event date.
