Feb 192013 | GOCA 121 | ART&WINE: CERAMICA

ART&WINE is a signature GOCA program that brilliantly pairs wine with art, with talks on both (and plenty of tasting!). It's no secret that wine and art have a rich history together - join us for a pairing that naturally blends the two.

Your guide for the evening will be Cultural Geographer and Wine Expert Michael Larkin. Larkin teaches a "Geography of Wines & Vines" class at UCCS and leads tours to wine country regularly. We promise this ART&WINE will be truly unique!

Artists from CERAMICA - Corie Cole, Jerry Morris, and Mark Wong - will be on hand to give insights into their process along with curator Daisy McConnell. Everyone attending will get to keep their own hand-thrown clay cup created by Mark Wong.

These evenings are always popular and limited in size to 30 - get your tickets now to guarantee your seat at the table.

Event includes a tasting of four wines, non-alcoholic beverages and heavy hors d'oeuvres, art and wine knowledge, and a one-of-a-kind ceramic tasting cup to keep by artist Mark Wong!
