Completing the GES Senior Exit Exam is REQUIRED for graduation
The purpose of the GES Senior Exit Exam is to enable GES faculty to assess and improve the quality of the BA program. The exam does not affect students' grade point average or transcript. Students can only take the exam the semester they graduate.
Taking the exam is easy. First, approval must be sought from a UCCS academic advisor. Second, an email must be sent from the student's UCCS email account to Brandon Vogt (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject "I graduate THIS semester and I am ready to take the GES Exit Exam." In his reply, Dr. Vogt will provide the information requred to take the exam.
Students take the timed (3-hour), closed-note, closed-book, no-outside-assistance exam online in BlackBoard.
