Playwright Tom Stoppard once said, “Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.”  If you are active duty military or a student-veteran at UCCS, chances are you’re in a state of transition. You’re entering college, and perhaps exiting the military.  Later on, you’ll be exiting college and entering civilian life and the professional world. Wherever you are on your individual professional journey, this course will give you a leg up, big-time.  Exclusively for military students, “Transitions” will help you sharpen your academic skills, find a major and career that fit, and build on your military professionalism.  You, your classmates, and your expert instructors will work together to make your exits become successful entrances in “Transitions.” This course is reserved for active-duty military and veterans.
