If you've ever thought to yourself, "I could never do that!" then this is the course for you. In "Off and Running," we will set what may seem like impossible goals, but through motivation, psychology, and the physical act of running, you will learn that anything is possible. No base level of physical ability is required, but running will be a core part of the class and used as a metaphor for success.
