Aristotle said “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” What could be more valuable than beginning a journey of self-discovery your first semester of college? What challenges you? How can you best present yourself and your ideas? Through self-assessments, experiential activities, and classroom discussions, you will begin to learn about your capabilities and competencies in new ways that will direct you through college and beyond.
