Crime and Punishment Logo

Crime in America fills our newspaper pages, our television shows, and our everyday conversations. No matter where we look, crime has an inescapable effect on our lives. This course will explore a number of topics, including forensic science, multiple aspects of the American legal and criminal justice systems, and criminality. Students will have a chance to learn about varied career and internship opportunities by meeting leaders involved in local law enforcement, crime scene analysis, and the legal system.
