			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Current Colorado community college students interested in continuing their education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs as well as continuing UCCS students will be aided by a new scholarship from the Reisher Family Scholarship Fund of The Denver Foundation.</p>
<p>Beginning in fall 2009, an estimated 30 students will be eligible for awards ranging from $4,000 to $9,000 per academic year for up to three years.  Eligibility requirements include Colorado residency, transferring from a community college as a junior with 3.0 or better cumulative GPA, and demonstrated financial need.  Current UCCS sophomores who meet grade and need requirements will also be eligible.  Applications will be available online at <a href="http://www.uccs.edu">www.uccs.edu</a> beginning Nov. 1, 2008 for the 2009-2010 academic year.
