In regards to the past performance projects that are referenced, do the projects need to be 100% complete? If not, what % do they need to be complete in order to use them?
Yes, the projects need to be complete so that reference checks can include project closeout issues such as O&M manuals, as-built drawings, tax refund, etc.
• In regards to the minimum qualification that states an applicant must have two (2) projects each in excess of $2,500,000 utilizing the expertise in their Colorado office – do they have to be stand alone projects or can they be design-build contracts (one contract) with task orders that combined, surpass the $2.5 threshold?
The contract can be one design-build contract that, in total, equals or surpasses the $2.5 million threshold.

Questions and Answers I have a list of the panels that we do not have load information for, and will need to have a 30 day metering done on them. They are as follows: · Engineering Building - panel "401" and both main distribution panels "MDC1" and "MDC2". · University Hall - panel "R4" and both main distribution panels "MSB" and "MDP2". · Keystone - panel "ERC" and the main distribution gear MSBC1". · University Center - main switchboard "MDP". This pretty much means that these 4 buildings will not be able to be done over the Christmas break. 2) Should we wait until the data logger info to bid these four buildings since we are unsure that the way we were instructed to bid these will actually be the installation methods? I will provide a proposal for the data logger. A) No, you should not wait to bid the four buildings that require data logging. Bid per the narrative. 3) I see the floor plans however there is no scale and in the floor plans for the university center the room numbers on the narrative are not on the floor plans to verify lengths. Can you direct me to where the PDF files are? A) The posted pdf drawings are not to scale. State your assumptions in your bid. |
