Department Contact Updates

Required for access to work request system. Please submit form whenever a change is made to personnel-staff and faculty: office location, phone number, department, or personal name. Work request database is based on Facilities Information Management System. This system is also used in planning and space allocation for departments across campus. Keeping department space information updated helps to provide accurate reflection of how campus space is being used and to identify future needs.
