• Proposals are to be submitted in PDF file format, no more than 20 pages, sent to submit@uccs.edu.
• Proposals larger than 9 MB (UCCS e-mail size limit) may be delivered on CD/DVD or USB flash drive to the Campus Services Building Front Desk.
• Late submittals will be rejected without consideration.
