Wedding and Event Planning Certification is designed for students looking to get started in the glamorous and exciting wedding industry.
WEDDING & EVENT PLANNER CERTIFICATE
Nearly 40,000 Colorado couples will get married this year and spend $768 million in the process.
Green Certified Wedding and Event Planners will earn an average of $625 per wedding to help couples realize their wedding day dreams while maintaining their wedding budgets and protecting the environment.
In partnership with The Wedding Planning Institute, a division of Lovegevity, Inc. We are offering this hands-on program which covers everything a wedding and event planner needs to know, including contracts, etiquette, flowers, music, day of services, marketing, industry business practices and application.
This program will provide students with all of the tools necessary to become a professional wedding and event planner. Students will also have the opportunity to participate at real local weddings and events for additional hand-on experience.
Graduates will receive a nationally recognized certification and post graduate support that includes customized internships and job placement assistance.
Also included is the online course, Going Green: Green Weddings and Green Business Practices. The LWPI Green Wedding Planning course teaches the planner everything needed to help clients make the decisions that lead to a better world for all of us. This course teaches how to "green" everything from invitations and attire to locations and decorations.
Tuition includes Textbooks, online access for up to six months, business templates for wedding and event planning, and certification.
