To learn about course options and descriptions, visit the UCCS Academic Catalog . The following courses are not availablefor Listening In: Extended Campus, Lab (computer, biology, chemistry), Materials Intensive courses, and Freshman Seminars.Registration Process
One week prior to semester start date, you will learn if space is available for your selected course(s). On the first day of class, you will discuss expectations and obtain instructor permission to take the class from your professor.Learn how to registerfor a Listening In course.
Registration Deadline and Registration Cancellation
Listening In registration is closed after the second week of the semester. You can receive a 100% refund if you cancel a class during the first two weeks of the semester. No refunds are issued after the second week of the semester.Apply to Participate

Register for a Class

One week prior to the semester start date, contact the Extended Studies office to determine available space for your selected course(s). - Attend First Day of Class
Fill out, print Listening In Registration Form and attend the first day of class. Meet with the professor to determine if both you and the professor have the same expectations regarding course pre-requisites, participation in discussions, class work, textbook purchases, and assignments. Obtain a signature of permission from your professor on your registration form. - Submit Registration Form and Payment to Extended Studies

Parking
There is no complimentary parking on the UCCS main campus.- Visitor Parking Meters
- Visitor parking can be found on the 3rd level of the parking garage and in Lot # 1 at the East end of campus. Parking meters are $1.75 per hour; accepts cash or credit/debit cards.
- Mountain Lion Shuttles
- UCCS operates the Mountain Lion Shuttles from the 4-Diamonds Sports Complex. Shuttle services are provided to all University students, faculty, staff, and visitors free of charge and serve most major campus buildings.
Shuttles run on a 10-15 minute schedule from 7:05am until 10:35pm, Monday through Friday. - Parking Pass
- If you are enrolled in more than one course for a semester and you know that you will be on-campus for more than a few hours a week, you may want to consider purchasing a parking pass.
