Transcript Request

You can request a transcript and check your grade in your online student account, or official transcripts may be ordered from the UCCS Transcript Office.

The following information must be furnished when ordering transcripts:

• Full name
• Social security number
• Birthdate
• Last term of enrollment
• Name(s) & complete address(es) of the institution(s) to which official transcripts are to be sent

Transcripts will not be available until four weeks after the end of the semester in which the course was taken.
