Outlook 2010

With Exchange supplying a username and password is not necessary If you use Outlook 2010 and have been given access to the Generic/Exception IT account, the account will automatically appear in your Folder list on the left hand side of Outlook. If you manage multiple accounts they will all appear in your inbox.

You may need to minimize your inbox or scroll down past your folders to see the other account.  The below screen shot I have minimized my inbox and I can now see that both UCCS IT Help Desk and UCCS IT Web Services are visible.  To access either of these I simply click on the Inbox and all messages for that account are automatically loaded.  If you do not see the account please contact the owner of the account and ask them to grant you access.
