What should I do if I have forgotten my NT password and I can’t log in the network?
Go to the Computer Assistance Desk in the Kramer Family Library. The desk is located in the center of the library on the north side. Be prepared to show a valid UCCS ID or driver’s license. No password changes can be made without an ID.
Who do we call for help with network and software problems in the Kramer Family Library or El Pomar Offices?
