The content of the MEEM program is consistent with the guidelines for the Master's programs in Engineering Management provided by The American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM).
The UCCS MEEM program will prepare engineers for effective technical management through a series of courses focused on the key skills needed to be successful in a technology-driven work environment. Flexibility in program timing and modality is designed to accommodate today's working professional.

The minimum requirements for regular admission into the Master of Engineering in Engineering Management program are as follows:
A student who lacks one or more of the above requirements may be admitted on a provisional basis, but will normally be required to satisfy the requirements after admission.
The Master of Engineering in Engineering Management degree program consists of 30 semester hours of coursework comprising 21 hours of core courses and 9 hours of emphasis courses.

Capstone Project - Students are required to complete a capstone course to demonstrate mastery of the overall program content.
