Michael McLeod, J.D.

Michael McLeod is an Instructor of Public Administration at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where he has taught since August 2001. Prior to entering the doctoral program in public administration at Syracuse University, he earned an A.B. in government (College of William and Mary) and a law degree (University of Michigan) and practiced law. He is the principal investigator of a study of the potential for AIDS ministries in Colorado to be formal partners in public health with government agencies and nonprofit organizations. The research is funded in part by the Center for the Study of Government and the Individual (located at CU-Colorado Springs).
