CSGI co-sponsored the Annual School of Public Affairs Leadership Conference at UCCS on Thursday, April 8, 2010. Our speakers were best selling author David Osborne and strategy consultant Dr. Delore Zimmerman. There was a charge for the event, but there was be a considerable discount for registering through CSGI.

Observations on Education Reform in New Orleans" on Thursday, March 11th. Our speaker was Kevin Kane, President, of the Pelican Institute for Public Policy. Seating was limited. The $35 ticket included dinner at the Downtown Antlers Hilton where the event was held.

The Center for the Study of Government and the Individual hosted a dinner conversation with Roger K. Newman on Thursday, September 6, 2007. Newman discussed freedom and technology in a time of crisis against the commands of the Constitution. The cost was $25 per person and it included dinner.

The Opportunity Society: Getting There

The first Limited Government Week Forum focused on alternatives to government centered solutions to society's challenges. We began this annual weekly conference by offering a "kick off' program on April 29th and 30th of 2007, followed by a dinner conversation forum on Eminent Domain on May 2nd. Each year from now on there will be a week long focus on this topic. Video and audio of these presentations are available online.
