Aspen House is an upgraded summer residence hall conveniently located adjacent to the Lodge dining facility. Aspen House is designed to meet the personal and business needs of travelers visiting Colorado Springs. The Aspen House Suites have a variety of floor plans designed to accommodate your needs:

• A two bedroom (one king; second bedroom with two twins) with private shared bath and living room.
• A three bedroom (one king; two bedrooms each with a single twin bed) with private shared bath and living room.
• A four bedroom (each with a twin bed) with private shared bath and living room.
• A one bedroom with private bath (one twin bed).

Each Suite includes the following amenities and features:

• Flat panel cable TV and micro-fridge are provided in the decorated, furnished living room.
• Suites include upgraded bed and bath linens.
• Bedrooms are furnished with an alarm clock and fan. (Air Conditioning coming summer 2011.)
• Coffeemaker and tea service is provided in each suite.
• Membership to our Recreation Center is included during the length of your stay.
• Parking is included in the nightly rate; you will receive a parking pass at check-in.
• Washer and dryer units are free for guest laundry use; bring or purchase laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
• Meals available at our discounted UCCS rate or order a breakfast to go if the dining room is closed.
• Aspen House Suites is secured 24/7 for your comfort and safety.
• Our friendly staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you.
