The Communication Center is here to help you with any of your communication needs! The Center is staffed by a team of communication experts who are committed to assisting and enriching the academic experiences of UCCS. We are happy to assist you with any course, help out with job search preparation, and help you generally improve your communication skills. Give us a call or stop by any time to hear more about the services we offer the UCCS community.

Summer Hours - 6/15-8/9
Monday - Thursday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.


We typically see clients on an appointment basis but welcome walk ins as well. Please call us or stop by to schedule an appointment during business hours. You can also call ahead to see if we have any same-day appointments available. We have an open access computer lab in the Center, so you are welcome to stop by and work on any projects or assignments you have. We have a Paw Prints printer for all of your printing needs! We also have several study and meeting areas that you can use to work on homework or meet with group members!

The Communication Center offers students:

The Communication Center is proud to announce
we are now providing
tutoring for Philosophy courses! Courses
served are PHIL 1000, 1020, and 1120!

Philosophy tutoring is offered nearly every day
during fall and spring semesters.

Appointments recommended but not required. Call ahead to check on same-day appointments or feel free to walk in!

As one of five Excel Centers at UCCS, the Communication Center also assists with student recruitment,
orientation and retention efforts, and contributes to the development of new resources to help reach University goals.
