~ Background Information ~

Janice Thorpe has more than 25 years experience in the classroom and distance learning platforms and has taught students ranging from 4-60 years old. As a consultant and trainer, she specializes in technical training, instructional design, courseware development, as well as program assessment and evaluation.   Most recently she is working on a textbook titled Public Speaking 3.0 - Understand, Design, Create, and Deliver 21st Centruy Presentations, which focuses on integrating design principles and technology tools for a more engaging and interactive presentation.
