Columbine Hall & Centennial Hall Computerized Classroom Reservations

The UCCS IT department schedules ad hoc reservations for Columbine and Centennial Hall computerized classrooms. This page contains reservation guidelines and the procedure for making a reservation request.

Update - If you cannot find a Columbine or Centennial Hall computer lab, you may now request a reservation from the ECE Department for Engineering room 233. Please check all IT computer labs first and if you cannot find a lab to meet your needs, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the page for more information on reserving EN233.

Name Change - Due to recent remodeling work Columbine 229 is now Columbine 231A. Faculty and students must now enter this lab via the open lab, Columbine 231.

  • All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Reservation requests must be made by a UCCS faculty or staff member.
  • The faculty or staff member making the request is responsible for any equipment damage or theft occurring during their reservation, so please be precise with reservation times and notify IT of any cancellations.
  • A reservation must be for the purpose of teaching a class or administering an exam.
  • Reservation requests must be for sessions requiring the use of computers.
  • Computerized classrooms may not be reserved for students to do homework.
  • Requests will not be granted during finals week.
  • Please confirm the software you wish to use is supported in the classroom you have selected.
