Dr. Laura Tuthill works as a consultant for Eagle County Government, Children & Family Services, on an educational grant serving young, low-income children throughout Eagle County. In addition, she is adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and Colorado Mountain College. Dr. Tuthill earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Denver and holds a Colorado Level VI Early Childhood Professional Credential.

She has previously been a private consultant, a director of both public and non-profit early childhood centers, and a teacher of young gifted children. Dr. Tuthill has a passion for working with young children, specifically gifted children and also has experience working with children who are twice-exceptional, English Language Learners, and children who have special learning needs. Her areas of expertise and interest include gifted and talented education, curriculum development, and early childhood education.
