Angela Bell is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) at local, state, and national levels. As an instructor in pre-service and in-service teacher development, her emphasis and research are on best practices and teacher collaboration to meet the needs of all learners, including those who are learning English as a new language.
