Nadyne Guzmán is Professor Emerita in the College of Education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Dr. Guzmán came to the university in 1991 after fifteen years in P-12 education as a teacher and administrator. Her research has been presented at major research conferences and her work has been published in a variety of publications including the Journal of Leadership Studies, CAPEA Journal, and Journal of Educational Administration, and Planning and Changing. In addition, Dr. Guzmán has also served as an international consultant for change process, planning, and curriculum for various public and private schools and districts as well as Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Guzmán is also leadership coach. The major focus of Dr. Guzmán’s research is the process of collaborative leadership within the development of learning communities, the human element within that process, and the spiritual implications of that element.
