How to Register

Please visit the Student Online Center to register for Extended Studies courses. Course call numbers can be provided by the Extended Studies office.

How to Obtain Financial Aid

NEW! Students participating in some of the the online programs now may be eligible for financial aid.

Financial Aid may be available for the below listed programs if you qualify.  Please visit the Extended Studies Financial Aid website for more information.  You must have your Graduate School application submitted and be accepted into the program to receive financial aid.  If you have questions about Financial Aid, please call the Financial Aid office 719-255-3460. There are deadlines to meet so please visit the above site before you get started.

How to Request a Transcript

Due to confidentiality issues, grades cannot be given over the phone or by unofficial e-mail. Transcripts and Grades may be viewed through the Student Online Center by clicking on the 'records' tab and then the word "transcripts."

There is no charge for up to five transcripts. If you need special handling to rush the transcript, there is a fee.
