Singapore Military Visit

Hughbank - Black Widows

Richard Hughbank, instructor for UCCS's Center for Homeland Security, co-authored an article in The Journal of Counterterrorism and Homeland Security International entitled Black Widows . This article looks at the growing incidence of female Chechen terrorists and the added risk they bring to Islamist movements.
