Many of you have asked when re-registration paperwork will be available for the 2013/2014 school year will be available. I have great news for you… there will be no paperwork to re-register for next year! Instead, we will be implementing an online system to manage club processes. The system is called OrgSync and we will be rolling out over the summer.
You may be wondering what you need to do now. The answer is:
· Elect / Choose officers for next year
· Fill out an officer update form before the end of May
· Stay tuned to the officer email list for updates and next steps
In an effort to accommodate new clubs that would like to recruit over the summer, we have decided to extend the deadline to register for 2012/2013. Students wishing to start a new club may visit the SLL desk in University Center room 102 to pick up paperwork until May 31st. There will be no club orientation sessions offered until the fall semester. Any clubs that register between now and August can access space, but will not be able to operate financially.
Additionally, we do plan to offer training in the new system in August 2013. Many of the processes you are used to seeing will be updated or streamlined. We look forward to working with all of you through this exciting transition. Please feel free to contact the SLL Desk with any questions.
