Approach the question head on with this response emphasizing the value of networking). 2.Peer discussion and critique of influential Hollywood and Independent Films: The Film Club caters to both the scholar's and the moviegoer's need for open discussion in a comfortable environment beyond the classroom. Learning to be able to articulate one's thoughts about a film is an invaluable skill in the field. 3.Organization of the UCCS Annual Student Film Festival: One of the main priorities of the Film Club is to encourage and promote the exposure of student films.
