Mission Statement: The UCCS Club Ice Hockey Team was created to bring the sport of ice hockey to the Colorado Springs area providing an opportunity for players to obtain a college education at a public institution. The club is intended to provide athletic opportunities to both men and women that are attending UCCS who have previous high school or competitive hockey experience. The mission of the UCCS Club Ice Hockey program is to provide student athletes with the opportunity to participate in competitive sports against other club teams as a means to enhance their collegiate experience and provide a well-rounded education through physical, social, and leadership development.
