Equipment Rental

All rentals can be picked up and returned during the Fall & Spring Semester at the Outdoor Center during normal office hours M-F 2:00-6:00 PM.

• The equipment rentals are for UCCS students, faculty, and staff. In order to rent equipment at the above rates, individuals should be prepared to present a UCCS ID card.
• The late fee for equipment not returned on time is twice the daily fee per day late.
• All equipment that is damaged, lost, or dirty will be charged accordingly.
• Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance by calling the office (255-3429) or stopping by during hours of operation. Payment can be done with cash or check. A 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to request a refund.
• Individuals will be required to sign a release that includes a statement indicating that they have experience using the equipment they have rented and assume financial responsibility.
