Eligible Participants: Teams of two UCCS undergraduate students
The Daniel's Fund Ethics Initiative will sponsor three workshops to help students prepare:
On the Day of the Competition:
Each team will be asked to identify the stakeholders in the case, as well as the financial, legal, and philosophical considerations that must be taken into account. Teams will then offer recommendations on how to proceed. Teams will be asked to assume a particular identity (e.g., company employees and/or consultants) and will present to a particular audience (e.g., company executives and/or a board of directors). Presentations are not to exceed 20 minutes and will be followed by approximately 10 minutes of questioning from the judges.

Cash prizes will be awarded at a luncheon following the competition. Lockheed Martin Ethics Officer Randolph J. Dziendziel will be the keynote speaker and provide an opportunity for attendees to have an intimate Q&A session with him.
