Ethics of Command

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs hosted February's Luncheon Speaker Event on the UCCS Campus, sponsored by the Colorado Ethics in Business Alliance (CEBA) and the College of Business Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative.

Ethics Initiative Director Tracy Gonzalez-Padron, Ph.D., opened the event by welcoming keynote speaker General Gene Renuart of the USAF, members of CEBA, the College of Business, and UCCS students.

Venkat K. Reddy, Ph.D., dean of the College of Business, discussed the College of Business's role in the Ethics Initiative. CEBA President Douglas McLemore highlighted CEBA's history and mission in promoting high ethical standards in business.

Rev. Robert Leivers, CEO and President of the Samaritan Institute, introduced retired General Gene Renuart of the USAF. General Renuart drew on his military career to discuss the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in positions of leadership.
