Emotional Intelligence and Leadership: "The Emotionally Intelligent Leader"
Have you ever wondered why some individuals can inspire, build trust, influence and lead effortlessly or why others receive opportunities and you don't? Top professionals are winning business and professional success by paying attention to emotional intelligence and controlling how they show up. They know how to connect and build trust quickly. As a result, they are looked up to and talked about as a great leader. In this luncheon, speaker Matt Rowe will cover:
- Sell yourself and show up confident
- Identify the top three Emotional Intelligence skills that help leaders succeed
- Become aware of the Neuroscience and emotional "triggers" that send people into unproductive "fight or flight" responses
- Learn how and why ineffective emotion management leads to lost opportunities
We welcome professionals, students, business leaders, and community members.
