His PM processes and tools preceded today's popular PM standards, yet remain consistent with them. In the 1980s, he co-authored and published THE Guide, an automated project management methodology for Information Technology projects, KnowRisk®, an industry-changing risk management process and framework, and Co-Pilot: Small Project Guide®, a universal small project management approach. In the 1990s, he authored MinProj, an enterprise-wide, lean or lightweight Business Improvement and Project Management methodology.
An insightful consultant and dynamic speaker, Mr. Goff provides program and project consulting and coaching services.
