A professional alumnus or business community member who has volunteered his or her time and expertise to help you develop your career. You will meet with you Career Coach once a month during the program (4 months). Together, you will talk about what to expect when you enter the professional world, how to network and put your best foot forward, how to craft a stand-out résumé, and what to expect in the "real world" of your particular industry.

Resources and guides will be given to you to use during your one-on-one meetings with your Career Coach; however, we encourage Career Coaches to impart their own experiences in developing a meaningful relationship and deepening the mentorship proceess.

In addition to meeting with your Career Coach once a month during the semester, you will also meet the other students in the program and their Career Coaches during off-campus field trips to local businesses. The finale of the program will occur in May when everyone will be treated to a four-course, full-service meal while learning proper dining etiquette - a must know in business!
